Poolincluded. com is proud to present: The interior of your holiday home consists of a modern living/dining area with balcony access, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 modern bedrooms and 2 nice bathrooms. Outside, in the fenced stone courtyard, you will find your heatable swimming pool with an integrated children's part, a charming covered terrace where you can dine in the open and a traditional Dalmatian tavern with fireplace. On top, there is a separate guesthouse with a bedroom and a bathroom. A spacious sundeck area with loungers is located on the first f;loor. There is table tennis, a trampoline and exercise equipment. The swimming pool is open from 01/04 until 01/11. Your holiday home enjoys a great location as it is situated in a quiet area away from the tourist crowds, yet close enough to the sea and many sights worth exploring. The nearest sandy beach can be found in Pakostane which is located only a short 20-minute drive away. Right next to Pakostane, there is Biograd, a coastal town known for its marina, many nice restaurants, cafés and beach bars. The old town of Zadar is about half an hour away. There you can stroll through its narrow streets and visit interesting museums, old churches and other landmarks which Zadar is known for. From there, daily excursions to Kornati Islands National Park are organized. Also, in a radius of less than 1-hour drive, there are two more National Parks you can visit (np Krka Waterfalls & Np Paklenica). A minimum age of 25 years applies for bookings with groups.
