Modern, bright and tastefully decorated, it enjoys an ideal location close to (tourist attractions, shops, transport links, etc.), perfect for exploring and making the most of Paris. The main living area, both functional and welcoming, features a relaxation area with a sofa that converts into a double bed and a television for your downtime. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen provides everything you need for cooking: hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso-style), crockery and utensils. A dining area, with a table and chairs, allows you to enjoy your meals in comfort. The bathroom features a shower, a large mirror, a washbasin and a built-in toilet. You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The property is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure comfort and cleanliness. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All that’s left for you to do is unpack your bags and make the most of your stay. Other things to note - Please note that because of the studio’s proximity to the subway, you may hear it lightly. - Please note that this is a self-check-in apartment. We will contact you with instructions before your expected arrival. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
