It also has an alarm with motion detectors and smoke detectors. It has two living rooms with a kitchen dining area and a fireplace. Five bedrooms three bathrooms and a WC. Also a kitchenette equipped on the 2nd floor. The space It is a place for peace and relaxation, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and cars. It has panoramic views of the sea and the mountains. It is ideal for large groups and families with young children. It is the only stone villa of luxury construction in the prefecture of Laconia.
