The house is located on a private estate, fully fenced and closed by an electric gate, thus ensuring the tranquility of the premises. We invite you to consult the satellite location on the site to check the location of the villa (in the middle of nature, between sea and mountain). The villa is ideally located between the seaside resort of Porticcio, offering many shops and activities, and the almost island of Isolella and its Genoese tower, a dream corner for lovers of nature and beautiful and vast sandy beaches. The house is open to the outside. Indeed, the single-storey bedrooms as well as the living room overlook terraces directly accessing the garden. In addition, each room has its own bathroom allowing everyone to enjoy pleasant moments of privacy. Out of five bedrooms in total, four have sea views, the last one has a terrace overlooking the garden with a view of the maquis. The only bedroom upstairs, the 30 m2 master suite, with dressing room and bathroom (bathtub and shower), also offers a beautiful terrace with panoramic sea views.
