Upstairs (45 sq. meters), you’ll find another private bedroom with a double bed, a cozy living room with two sofa beds, a bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the sea. The two levels are connected by internal stairs, while also offering separate private entrances, ensuring extra comfort and privacy — ideal for two couples or families and groups traveling together. Kindly Note that the villa is located 150 meters from the main Hotel Thira building and the swimming pool. Guest access Just 150 meters from the property, guests can access our main hotel, Hotel Thira, where they are welcome to use the shared areas as well as the swimming pool. A homemade breakfast buffet is also available at an additional cost of €10 per person. Also, there are 3 free public parking lots near to the house.
