The owner lives on the ground floor of the house, and the covered parking for 3 vehicles is on the land of the house. The space Apartment Pineta 2 for 2-4 persons is located on the first floor, with living space approx. 65 m2. Consists of a kitchen with a dining room and a living room with a sofa - all in one room, then two double bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a Sat-TV and balcony with partial sea view, and bathroom with shower/toilet. At the very entrance to the apartment is a nice covered terrace with seating set. Air conditioning and wireless internet access are included in the accommodation price.
