In the heart of Quedlinburg's Old Town – right by the 10th-century Blasius Church – you will find our modern and superbly furnished vacation apartment, Esche. Despite its central location, you will stay in a quiet area on a small cul-de-sac with no traffic. The small, charming garden in the courtyard, with seating and a barbecue, is available to all guests. For each vacation rental, a garage directly by the house (W: 2.50 m | H: 2.05 m | D: 5.10 m) can be booked for €10 per night. The space The Esche vacation rental measures approximately 60 square meters, is located on the ground floor, and features a comfortable double bed (210 × 180 cm), a well-equipped kitchen, and a garage right by the house. The sofa bed (200 × 140 cm) provides a comfortable extra bed, making the vacation rental suitable for up to 4 people. Guests in the master bedroom with a double bed can access the bathroom through the second bedroom with a sofa bed. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower with a rain shower head. Guest access In the house, there are a total of 4 vacation apartments: Ash, Cherry, Elm, and Pine. The entrance area is video monitored. Other things to note The vacation apartments are located right across from the Blasius Church, in a quiet area in the heart of Quedlinburg's old town. From here, you can easily explore this UNESCO World Heritage City on foot, with its more than 2,000 half-timbered houses, winding medieval streets, and historic squares. The historic market square is just a one-minute walk away. You can also walk to Quedlinburg Castle, with its famous cathedral treasury on the Schlossberg, in a short time. Quedlinburg is one of the best-preserved medieval towns in Germany and delights visitors with its unique historical charm, small cafés, quirky shops, and numerous restaurants. During the Advent season, the Christmas market and the famous “Advent in den Höfen” event, when the courtyards of the old town open up and create a very special Christmas atmosphere, are truly enchanting. Nature lovers will find a variety of hiking trails around Quedlinburg and opportunities for excursions into the enchanting Harz landscape, which is shaped by mystical Harz legends and a centuries-old witchcraft tradition. Particularly popular are trips to the Brocken – the highest mountain in Northern Germany – on the historic Harz Narrow-Gauge Railway. The region offers a unique combination of culture, architecture, recreation, and nature. Quedlinburg and the Harz Mountains are worth a visit in any season!
