Ideally located 10-15 minutes from Lyon City Hall, Cité Internationale and Lyon Part Dieu Station, and close to highway exits, Villa Castel Gîte & Chambres d'hôtes welcomes you to its fully equipped 80 m² independent pavilion. At the heart of its 7,800 m² wooded park, the outdoor swimming pool is heated in season, from a stable water temperature of 19° for at least 8 days, open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and the tennis court is accessible to all our guests. Quiet and independent, this Pavilion is composed on the 1st floor of two charming double bedrooms, Asian bedroom and Romantic bedroom, which are on the same floor as a bathroom with toilet to share. To combat the COVID-19 pandemic, a series of strict health measures have been put in place: - Self check-in, - Provision of hydroalcoholic gel, - Long and systematic ventilation of the accommodation for a minimum of 4 hours, - Use of disinfectant, - Professional cleaning carried out with masks and gloves, - Vacancy of the accommodation for a period of 24 hours. On the ground floor there is a large living room with sofa bed and a carefully furnished kitchen. 50 m away, our Guest House, a beautiful and large 1900 Belle Epoque style residence, has other rooms and suites available for rent, such as the La Pape, Florentine, Pavillon rooms, and the La Pape and Pavillon Suites. Villa Castel now offers organic, local, seasonal breakfasts (price of €10 per person per night), and meals at the table d'hôtes (price from €18 and menu at €25 excluding drinks). Free access to the outdoor heated swimming pool in season, from a natural water temperature of 19° stable for at least 8 days, open in season from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and to the tennis court, shared with the guest rooms. We offer visitors outside the Guest House a half-day pool package, in a time slot from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., €25 per person and €10 for children under 3 years old. Wi-Fi Internet connection. Flat screen TV. Free parking on the property. Baby and extra beds available. Pets are allowed for a fee of €5 per night per pet, to be paid on site. Extra charge of 10 euros per night and per child under 3 years old, to be paid on site. Check-in is from 4 p.m. to midnight. However, for arrivals before 4 p.m. and after 8 p.m., a supplement will be requested. Rental from 1 night in low and high season and from 7 nights minimum in very high summer season. For the tranquility of the place, we inform you that it is not possible to organize parties, evenings or events within our gîte, and remember that it is only accessible to people who stay there.
