Quinta da Breia is located a few kilometers from the villages of Ponte de Lima, Arcos de Valdevez and Ponte da Barca. Casinha do Terraço, next to two other houses, is an old accommodation where you can rest and enjoy the farm climate. In a region with mild summers, it benefits from the proximity of the mountain and the Peneda-Gerês National Park, the rurality of the village of S. Paio de Jolda and the ease of access that also allows you to enjoy the wonderful beaches on the coast. The space Former accommodation for Quinta da Breia workers, Casinha do Terraço has two floors. The name of the little house refers to the outdoor terrace where we placed an oval garden table with chairs and an umbrella. A small stone step gives access to the entrance door to the upstairs living room. The living room has a sofa, side table, two lounge chairs, a wardrobe and a small closet and leads to a bedroom and the steps leading to the kitchen. The bedroom, with access to the outside through the French door, has a double bed, bedside table and chest of drawers and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The old kitchen with fireplace and old bread oven has a table and four chairs, gas stove and oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster and espresso machine. In the cupboards you will find all the kitchen utensils and crockery. In winter you can light the fireplace with firewood provided by the farm. Internal stairs lead to the lower floor bedroom with two single beds, a bedside table, a chest of drawers, a closet and a door leading to a bathroom complete with bathtub and shower, sink, bidet and toilet. The room has a window that looks outside. All linen in the house is provided by us. House cleaning is provided after 8 days. A welcome pack with various food products is offered upon arrival and a daily supply of fresh bread is provided (June, July, August and September only). During your stay you can enjoy the outdoor pool (May to September), a games park, have a barbecue in your outdoor space, ride a bike, take a short ride in the canoes, and use the shared washing machine.
