THE PLACE This recently renovated maisonette is located in the quiet panoramic area of ​​Porto Rafti, built on three levels. The upper level consists of two large bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second with two singles. Both have bathrooms with showers. The ground floor has an open-plan living area, a large 6-seater dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a guest WC. In the basement we find two other bedrooms, one with a single bed and the second with a single sofa. Finally there is a toilet with shower. All floors are connected by an elevator and an internal staircase. The front and side well-kept garden is available to the guest as well as parking for two cars. Panorama Pearl Villa has 3 air conditioners, 2 fans and hot water on a 24-hour basis. It also has a TV, Wi-Fi Internet, dishwasher and many other useful electrical appliances. NEIGHBORHOOD Within walking distance of Panorama Pearl Villa there are popular shopping chains, many restaurants, traditional taverns, supermarkets, bars, cafes, clubs. Activities offered in Porto Rafti: cycling by the sea or in the mountains, fishing, summer cinema, walks. Just 1 km from Panorama Pearl Villa, there is a sandy beach with free admission, offering an excellent choice for swimming, sunbathing and water sports, while at a little further distance, there are countless other beaches. The coastline of Rafina, Artemida, Porto Rafti, Kakia Thalassa, Lavrio, Sounio are an ideal choice for swimming, hiking, entertainment and dining.
