Make yourself at home! Our spacious, comfortable home is on a safe and quiet loop, surrounded by friendly neighbors. Because this is our primary home, you'll find everything you need to be comfortable and entertained. Each bed has a comfortable mattresses & each room has just one bed, so you can stay with your family and friends but still have privacy. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware, and the small appliances that make cooking for a crowd easier. No smoking allowed. Living Rooms: two living spaces with couches; one includes a 70-inch smart TV with access to Netflix and a large digital collection of movies & shows as well as a basket with games and cards; the other has a (non functional) fire place, couch with a pullout double bed, and an extra-large dog crate. Kitchen & Dining Room: all dishes & cooking appliances; breakfast bar with two stools; beautiful cherry handcrafted Amish table with seating for 6; stocked breakfast beverage area with coffee, tea, and electric kettle, french press, and drip coffee maker. Bedrooms: Master Bedroom Suite with king-sized Tempur-Pedic mattress, full bath (shower only), and 50-inch TV, closet space and/or dresser space in all four bedrooms, ceiling fans, desk & chair for office work in double bedroom. Three season patio: porch swing, outdoor table with seating for 4, ceiling fan. Back Yard: brick patio with bistro table with seating for two and a double and a chaise lounge chair; large umbrella; built in gas grill; ladder toss and corn hole yard games available for guests to use, fenced in and dog friendly space. You'll have access to two smart TVs with an extensive digital viewing collection, a fenced in yard with patio, and a three season room. This is our home but we will be gone during your stay. We are just over a mile to I71, 12 miles to OSU, 5 miles to Easton and Polaris, 6 miles to MAPFRE Stadium, and 10 miles to CMH and downtown.
