Hot Springs hot tubs, skiing or snow tubing at Wolf Ridge,river rafting on the French Broad, or take in the sights of nearby Asheville. The space 4/5 can sleep comfortably in the cabin. The front porch is a delight for sitting back and relaxing, with rocking chairs, a picnic table. Guest access You will have access to logging trails above the cabin that are good for hiking. There are wonderful views from up there. Many attractions are within 20 minutes, including Hot Springs spa, The Depot music hall (Marshall) on Friday nights is free with local bluegrass entertainment. Rafting and horseback riding are close-by. Skiing and snow tubing at Wolf Ridge is a fun winter activity. Other things to note Cleanliness: The floors are all either hardwood or tile (no carpet). We launder the bedspreads, blankets and pillow shams before each visit, so pull the covers up under your chin. Phone: There is limited or no ATT cell phone access at the cabin. Verizon and Sprint work OK. There is a house phone in case your cell phone does not work.
