Cozy vacation apartment, ideal for two people! The space The modernly furnished vacation apartment is located between the Fichtelgebirge and the Franconian Forest, a region with impressive mountain ranges, deep valleys, and numerous opportunities for exploration. It is 60 m² (646 sq. ft.), located on the 2nd floor, and ideal for two people. When furnishing the space, a lot of emphasis was placed on creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. An air conditioning system ensures pleasant temperatures on hot summer days. Part of the garden is available for shared use and invites you to relax. The living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV. The separate bedroom has a double bed with an open footboard. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishes, and all essential cooking utensils. Towels and a hairdryer are provided in the bathroom; the special highlight is the whirlpool bathtub with lighting – perfect for unwinding and enjoying your free time. For families, a baby cot and high chair are available. Free Wi-Fi is also included in the amenities. We offer a laundry service upon request, and pets are also welcome after consultation. Arrival is possible between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm; departure is until 11:00 am. The key is handed over directly on site. Providing personal attention to our guests is very important to us.
