Surrounded by nature, this cozy 200 sq. meter villa sits on a private 800 sq. meter plot, offering uninterrupted views of the mountains, the picturesque village of Kato Lefkara, and a distant view of the sea. This warm and inviting villa accommodates 8 guests comfortably across four spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. Highlights: • Heated private swimming pool (7m x 3.5m, 90cm–140cm deep) with stunning views. The weather in Kato Lefkara does not allow guests to use swimming pool during December-February even if is heated, except the ones that like cold water. The heating of the pool should be asked one week before arrival. • Traditional meets modern – cozy fireplace for romantic winter nights, and a beautiful piano in the entrance hall for music lovers. • Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, instant coffee maker, sandwich grill, cookware, and all dining essentials. • Spacious living room with a fireplace and a smart TV with Netflix. • Dining area with a solid wood table seating 8. • Outdoor spaces include a large patio with sunbeds and a traditional Cyprus BBQ (Foukou) setup, perfect for al fresco dining under the stars. Allamata at a cost of 300 eur and parties at a cost of 500 eur. The chalet is centrally positioned—approximately 33 km from Nicosia, Larnaca, and Limassol. The highway is only 7 minutes away, providing quick access to all major cities. The beach is just 15 km away, and the main airport is in Larnaca. Guest access Guests can you use the fire place, the traditional oven in the garden, enjoy the mature garden and cut fresh fruits from the trees. Dogs are welcomed outside at a request (extra cost) A wifi is provided with no extra cost. Also, there is a large tv with access to movies. Other things to note Wood for the fire place are included in the price. We can provide a car rental at a fair price. Please respect this beautiful chalet as your own house. There is damage deposit of EUR500 to be paid upfront before arrival. This deposit will be returned after departure when the cleaners confirm that the house doesn’t have any damages. Please be aware that additional fees apply for special uses of the property. If the Villa is used for wedding preparations, there is an extra charge of €300. For parties or events, an additional charge of €500 applies. Parties are permitted with up to 20 guests, making this a perfect choice for intimate gatherings or celebratory events. We kindly ask to inform us in advance if you plan to host an event, so we can ensure all arrangements meet your needs. Regarding the heating of the pool, is available from March - November. During December-February is not possible because of the cold weather (even if the heating of the pool will be operating the water still will be low in temperature).
