The apartment is located on the 3rd floor is 95m2 and can accommodate up to 8 people. - A living room with a sofa bed (140 X 200), dining table - A fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, microwave, cooktop, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine, etc.) - A first bedroom with queen size bed (160 x 200) with fireplace - A second bedroom with Queen Size (160x200) - A third bedroom with a bunk bed, each bunk suitable for one person. - There is a toilet and two bathrooms at your disposal: one with a bathtub, a sink, and a mirror, and the other with a tiled shower, also with a sink and a mirror. - Abundant storage - TV and High-speed Internet (WiFi), toaster, stove, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge. ***Services provided: - You will find your beds made as well as the necessary linens (towels, sheets,...) - Regular housekeeping services are provided weekly according to a consensual schedule *** Optional services (for a fee): - Breakfast available with delivery on request - Baby cot with mattress (without linen) available on request: €30/stay If you are less than 7 people, please let us know if you will use the sofa bed. Smoking is not allowed inside. 6. You will take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. 7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
