A place where you can exhale all the way. The space Our property hosts two sets of guests max with lots of room to relax. We curate our acre to be a quiet, retreat-like setting and we attract many creatives, contemplatives and nature lovers and the like. It’s a perfect romantic getaway and restorative and healing atmosphere. Guests enjoy our large open air natural 108 degree hot spring, in a private fenced area with stunning Mountain View’s. Bus guests enjoy the tub all to themselves on all of the odd hours (7, 9, 11, 1 ,3… etc) day and night. Our shady tree filled acre has multiple shaded and furnished outdoor hang out environments with wi-fi About the bus... This bus is an unusual top-of-the-line private coach bus remodeled into a modern home with fancy sleek design details, think Lady Gaga’s tour bus. Yes, its that fancy! All of the windows have light filtering option or full black out pull downs, and tinted glass. Bedroom: very comfortable temperpedic memory foam queen sized mattress Living Room Large comfortable leather sectional leather couch Kitchen: dish washer, sink, dish washer, microwave, toaster, and kettle, single burner induction electric stove top. Dishes, cups, mugs, pots, pans, utensils and everything needed to cook or heat up restaurant left overs. Two thermostats: bedroom and living room, central heating and AC that you control. Ammenities Rock solid and reliable high speed internet. NO TV. Fruit trees, shade and lots of space to spread out. A casual and laid back, natural environment for forgetting about the big stuff, relax! The property has two shady decks for your use, a fire pit (useable when there’s no wind or fire ban) and fruit bearing trees and vegetation (no bbq). Pet-allergen and chemical free environment. Organic wool interior rugs. We clean with natural materials and scent free detergent. Guest access NATURAL 108 DEGREE HOT SPRING - OUTDOOR Enjoy soaking in our 8' diameter, 108-degree, outdoor, natural hot spring in a spacious and private fenced area with views of Turtleback mountain, star-studded night skies and glorious sunrises. While hot springs are also used by your host and other guests, each guest is assured complete privacy while they are soaking. BUS guests have the hot springs to themselves even hours day and night (7am, 9am, 11am, 1pm, etc). Our other guests have the odd hours. OUTDOOR SPACE: Our property has two covered outdoor porches, lit in the evenings with wi-fi. FIRE PIT: We have a tree encircled fire pit with flagstone patio around it which is available to guests (wood $25 per bundle of wood = 20 cut pieces of wood). Fires must be kept small. PARKING: All guests have their own off-street parking space. Other things to note Before you book please know that we are an adult only quiet retreat like environment and we are not child friendly or pet friendly. ALL guests must be listed in the booking, registered in the Airbnb app. There is a $150 fee for non registered guests. By booking this home you agree with the House Rules, which include: maximum 2 adult guests - you are not allowed to invite guests to the property, following the hot spring schedule (dome guests every even hour day/night, bus guests every odd hour) so that each guest is assured the time in the hot spring they’re expecting. My cleaning service is busy and generally cannot assure an early check in. You may request early check in, and if they can accommodate it, the fee of $25 they charge me will be charged to you. Any guest that does not check out at 11 is charged $50 per hour up until 1pm, after which the amount charged is $100 per hour until you have checked out. We’re busy, and have a reasonability to our next guest checking in at 3pm. There is a $300 fee for bringing a pet or a child onto the property.
