It is located within the prestigious Costa Kair ed Din residence, surrounded by greenery and offering a stunning view of the sea in Sperlonga. The apartment is very bright, thanks to its large wrap-around balconies overlooking the sea, and is laid out on a single level. Upon entry, a convenient hallway leads to the living area with a fully equipped kitchenette (oven, fridge, kitchenware, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, moka pot) and a dining table. The living room features a sofa bed with two single beds, a TV, and a small play corner for children. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with a king-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and direct access to the balcony with sea view. The bathroom is complete and equipped with a shower. While a washing machine is not present inside the apartment, guests can use the communal laundry facilities available in the residence. The environment is fresh and breezy, but air conditioning is also available for maximum comfort. Please note: access to the apartments within the residence involves stairs and terraced paths. Guests with limited mobility or those traveling with strollers are advised to take this into consideration. You will then receive all the necessary directions to reach the apartment. For those arriving by public transport, the property can be reached directly. Self check-in is also available upon request, depending on your needs.
