Small cozy cottage with “Old Florida Rustic Charm”. Nestled in a wooded setting, close to town & shopping, restaurants & I-75. High speed Star-link internet. Two day minimum. Queen bed and bunk(w/full/twin beds), full kitchen, washer & dryer. Accessed by well maintained non-paved driveway (1/10 mi) with night-time reflectors, & porch motion light. Strict two dog max (tell host). WEC & FAST 5 mi West. Host pays Airbnb fees. Guest pays occ tax & Cleaning fee. The space The entire home, front and back (1/4 acre). Not completely fenced. Guest access Please do not remove white rocking chairs from the porch-OR-Kitchen chairs from the inside. The metal chairs on the porch can be taken into the yard. Access to entire front & back 1/4 acre of property. Behind the well house is a 1/4 acre working garden area and has uneven walking areas. Best to stay away for safety. Walk Dogs along the front fence, side yards, or the left front corner of the yard. Dog waste will be cleaned by host after departure. Please do NOT put waste in bags in trash. Other things to note No wood cutting campfires are allowed at this home or surrounding woods. Leave inside chairs inside and white rockers on the porch. We have several inside cats and 1 cat that walks on a leash, and it’s imperative you leash your dogs to not scare the lady and her cat being leash walked. Thank you. Important note on Pets. Registered service dogs are always allowed. Please let host know if you bring pets (2 dogs or 2 cats max). No birds. Please do not leave dogs alone on the premises all day. Please cover couch and beds if dogs are left alone. The World Equestrian Center and FAST are both approximately 5 miles West. Fully functional kitchen with dishes, pans, paper supplies for the entire stay, and a few days of coffee, sugar, and creamer. Clean bedding and towels provided. All linen & blankets used are cleaned after every guest. WIFI is high speed star link. Netflix available. Washer and dryer on the premises. Soap and dryer sheets provided. The blinds with no chords push up from the bottom. We provide swimming towels in a bag on top of white wardrobe closet, as well as dog towels. We also provide dog furniture covers and towels. Please do not use bathroom towels for anything but showering. This area is known for its natural springs. We have Silver Springs to the East and Rainbow Springs and Rainbow River State Park are 20 miles West in the Dunnellon area with swimming in the KP Hole, kayaking, tubing and boating recreation available on the river. The Silver and Rainbow Rivers are gorgeous clear spring fed rivers that allow many recreational activities. Silver Springs State Park is located 9 miles away on the East side of Ocala and has guided boat tours. Several of the Springs allow scuba diving as well. Juniper Springs is 38 miles West with recreational activities available. We are close to all kinds of shopping.
