There’s also gated off-road parking for extra convenience and peace of mind. Set over two floors, the villa offers an open-plan layout with air conditioning in all bedrooms. The kitchen is well-equipped with a full range of appliances, wooden worktops, and plenty of storage, making it easy to prepare meals at home. The dining area has a table and six chairs, while the living room offers two comfy sofas, a large flat-screen Tv with satellite channels, and direct access to the pool area through sliding doors. The ground floor has one double bedroom with access to a shared shower room and Wc. Upstairs, the master bedroom includes another double bed, while a third bedroom is set up with two single beds—ideal for children. Both upstairs rooms share a family shower room and enjoy access to a sunny terrace.
