Space and tranquility, an ideal place to recharge your batteries whilst surrounded by beautiful views of the Pyrenees mountains and the Gascon countryside. Situated in the heart of Gascony, Le Prielle offers a family orientated holiday with wide variety of opportunities for those wishing to holiday in the area. The space About Le Prielle Close to the market towns of Plaisance du Gers, Vic en Bigorre, Maubourguet and Aire sur l’Adour visitors are spoilt for choice when looking for quality regional produce. In addition to the Madiran Appellation, the areas around Madiran include the wine growing regions of St Mont, Juracon and the Bearn. In addition, within easy reach, to the north is the Armagnac region and some of the most charming towns in South West France. For those interested in exploring the area, Le Prielle is within easy reach of the Pyrenees mountains, which offer a wide variety of activities, and the French Atlantic coast and the Cote d’Argent. 5 holiday locations share the pool. The pool is 12m/6m, the paddling pool is 5m/5m, the pool terrace is 180m2 and is salt water. Guest access 2 bedrooms, bathroom, lounge, dining area & fully equipped kitchen In total – 110 square metres (approx 1200 square feet). An adjoining door leading to Gite 4 (Le Chai) enables the gite to be let either individually or as 2 separate units or 1 large unit sleeping 10+ people. Ideal for 2 families, or large groups, wishing to holiday together. Other things to note Details Each gite has its own private garden, with ‘Outback’ gas BBQ, dining area & garden furniture – however guests are welcome to explore the whole grounds, including the woods. The Gites are Child friendly, a cot, pram, carry cot, high chair & plenty of toys, puzzles and games are all available on request. A television, DVD, TV, with English Freeview channels are available in all gites. A selection of both English & French DVD’s & Video’s are also available on request. Good internet access is also available free to customers. Table Tennis, Badminton plus mini bar games – pool, air hockey & table football are available to kids of all ages! Tennis Courts, both indoor & outdoor are also available to visitors with us. Laundry is provided, at no extra charge. Pets welcome – by arrangement. A deposit for breakages is required, and is fully refunded, providing the Gite & all properties are returned in the same condition as provided. Gites should be returned clean & tidy, with all furniture back in its original position! The fridge, cooker, microwave & BBQ and bathrooms must thoroughly cleaned. All floors should be swept & mopped prior to departure. A surcharge, of 100€ per Gite, will be taken out of the deposit; to cover our costs of cleaning; should the Gite NOT be returned in the same clean condition.
