Immaculate newly renovated dream guest house in the heart of North Hollywood just minutes away from Universal Studios, Burbank Airport and the NoHo Arts District. Easy freeway access to anywhere in LA. Huge shopping center and a Planet Fitness gym one block away. Also a brand new outdoor mall called NoHo west within walking distance. Our space features a full kitchen with oven, 55" flat screen TV with streaming services, wifi, laundry area and a large private fenced in patio with a barbeque. The space You have access to the unit at the rear of the house. To get to the back you have to enter through the front gate and follow the pathway to the driveway then toward the backyard gate. From there follow the stone path toward the back of the yard where you will see the patio and entry to your left. For your convenience, there are automatic lights along the way that come on at night. The laundry area is outside the back of the house enclosed under the built in tiled table. Guest access Feel free to pick as many lemons, tangerines or grapefruit you like in the main yard.
