Guest access The house is Located in the middle of a small town. It is semi-detached. There are 9 steps to the front door which has an outside light. Parking is in the parking lot in front of the house. You can walk safely all around the village, and swim in the Charente River opposite the house. There is a designated Swimming hole with Rope Swing. The Cafe/Restaurant (lunch only)/ depot de Pain is mere steps away. Michelin Starred restaurant is a neighbour. Private garden is separate to the house, down a private path. Other things to note No Pets, No Smokers, No 3rd party renters. Renter must be a guest and stay for the whole duration of the booking.
