Located in old Schiltigheim, downtown Strasbourg and the European Institutions are easy to access. The house offers 2 recently renovated and fully equipped guest apartments: Petite France Suite and Vignerons Suite The space The winegrowers' suite is composed of a functional space of 40m² including a bedroom with king size bed (180x200cm) or 2 twin beds on request (2x90x200 cm), office area, kitchen equipped with Nespresso coffee machine, equipped bathroom, and a pleasant and bright living room. The suite is equipped with a sofa bed and an extra bed, so it can accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Baby equipment (0 to 2 years) is available on request, namely: cot, high chair and baby bath. Strasbourg city center is 10 minutes by car (Parking: Indigo Kléber or Parking P2 Les Halles Sebastopol) , 35 minutes walk or 10 minutes by bike. The tram stop "Rives de l 'Aar" line B is located 9 minutes walk from the apartment and goes directly to the city center of Strasbourg (stop Homme de Fer) in 11 minutes. To park nearby: - parking P+ Rives de l 'Aar 700m away - public parking on Rue de la Mairie, opposite the house - free spots on adjacent streets The European Parliament is 7 minutes by car, 25 minutes walk or 7 minutes by bike. The CMCO is 1 minute drive, 5 minute walk or 2 minute bike ride. Guest access Access is autonomous. The keys are kept in a key box with code that will be communicated to you after booking.
