A split-level home in a quiet neighborhood conveniently close to Christiana, Newark, and Bear, DE. The space The room is upstairs where there is also a living room and dining area that are specifically for guests. There is even a screened porch with a seating area that leads directly to a big fenced in backyard. Guest access Guests have a shared bathroom only if other guests have booked the other room on the floor. If not, then the bathroom is exclusively for them. There is also shared access to a kitchen and to a washer and dryer as well. During your stay I’m happy to interact with guests as much or as little as they like and I can be reached via phone, email, or even in person when not at work since both myself and the other homeowner live in the basement portion of our split-level home. Other things to note Guests are welcome to help themselves to WiFi, tea, coffee, and candy.
