TV w/ Netflix. Great for professionals and students. Full Size Memory Foam mattress, Microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, and Keurig. Located in Newark DE in a safe neighborhood. The space The private suite is located in our fully furnished and finished basement. There are no shared spaces. It is an in-law suite/apartment and you will have the whole suite to your self including the power reclining leather sofas, and kitchenette. We have two friendly dogs who do not have access to the suite. Guest access Guests will have their own private entrance to the suite and can check in using the electronic door lock.
