The space Cozy Place is a private apartment off the foyer entrance of a main building. You must be able to walk 6 steps to the level of this apartment. Cozy has a private bath and kitchen. No part of the apartment is shared. You have a great deal of privacy in this location. There is a lovely private back yard and porch seating off the driveway. Guest access You can use the front porch, shared. You can enjoy the back yard, shared. You can use the shared laundry room. You may receive packages and mail at the property.
