The complex has direct access to the beach and only meters away from shops, restaurants, bars etc. The space BALCONY The very large balcony from one side of the apartment to the other, offers wonderful views of the swimming pool. The balcony is fully furnished with a dining table and sofa chairs. An ideal place to enjoy a romantic lunch or dinner with a couple of drinks! STUDIO INDOOR AREA Open plan with ample light as there are side-to-side sliding doors opening to the balcony. The living area has a sofa, and an LCD TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cookware, glassware, chinaware, microwave, toaster and kettle, fridge/freezer, hood, oven, cooker, washing machine, and dishwasher... There is an island with stools in the kitchen which can be used for meals. WC / BATHROOM There is a super lux bathroom with showers. OTHER IMPORTANT AMENITIES Fast Wifi, Air-conditioning, hot water. All available free of charge. OPERA COMPLEX The Opera complex is one of the most elite projects of Limassol. It is a gated residential complex which offers privacy and security.
