Nice countryside studio near city

The space Nice recent flat with a bright cosy living room, located at 5 walking minutes of a forest. From your window, you might see horses, sheep and sometimes cows. It has fully-equipped kitchen (with an oven, a fridge and a dishwashing machine) and a bathroom (with a shower and a washing and drying column). There is an outside terrace dedicated to the flat as well as a place to park. My wife, our two sons and I live upstairs in the house and have our own terrace which is separated from the other. It is also possible to use the Apple TV to play video games. There is also a Chromecast key, so you stream content to the TV directly from your phone or your computer. - wireless Internet with ultra high speed connection (10 Gbits/s symmetrical, fiber optic) And outside: - a free outdoor parking space for a car - a grass terrace The electricity that powers up the house is generated locally with photovoltaic panels on the roof. The water is heated with thermal panels (also on the rooftop) and the house is heated with a geothermal heat pump. Possibility to have a travel cot and toys for kids. Other things to note The flat is in the countryside. By walking 5 minutes you are in the forest. It is a great place for outdoor activities. As we love nature, the place is powered using renewable electricity (thermal panels, photovoltaic panels, geothermal heat pump).
