Welcome to the small and welcoming house in the historic Roman neighborhood of Quadraro al Tuscolano. You will find yourself in a quiet street a few steps from the Metro A stop "Porta Furba-Quadraro" which will take you to the heart of Rome in 15 minutes. My accommodation is a safe space for people from any minority and marginalized group. Inclusion and respect are the basis of our hospitality. I welcome guests of all ethnicities, faiths, genders, ages and sexual orientations The space A romantic space where you can stay for pleasure or work, convenient for car parking (public and free on the street) and for its proximity to public transport. The apartment has recently been renovated and consists of: - a double bedroom (with the possibility of a single bed on request) - equipped and complete kitchen with 4 burner hob, electric oven - Table with stools for your meals - bathroom with sanitary ware and a comfortable shower. It is equipped with: - washing machine - a nice colorful refrigerator - iron - Hair dryer. On the hottest days you can use the air conditioning For the colder ones, there is central heating (from 15.11 to 15.04) We provide bed linen and towels (2 towels each) Externally, there is a partially fenced space, furnished with table, chairs and umbrella where you can have meals in peace or for a moment of relaxation Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment organized and furnished and the outdoor courtyard equipped with table, chairs and umbrella for moments of relaxation.
