Comfortable, private room and semi-private bathroom in a quiet Winter Park home. Queen memory foam mattress & 100% cotton sheets for heavenly sleep. You're outfitted with a desk, WiFi, microwave, mini-fridge, kettle, and coffee maker. Walking distance to Full Sail University. Close to downtown Orlando, downtown Winter Park, Crealde, UCF & Rollins College. Near 9 hospitals. Enjoy the Cady Way bike/jog trail through our neighborhood. Under an hour to Disney & Universal! 1 hour to the beach! The space Great for working professionals and college students! Non-smokers only, please. Guests cannot use the home's kitchen or laundry. We have coin operated laundromats nearby. Free street parking is available. We are on a quiet cul-de-sac. Your TV is a smart TV, but is not connected to cable so you will need to use your own Netflix, Roku, Amazon Prime Video, and other streaming services. I have 5 indoor/outdoor cats and they think they own the place. If you do not want them in your room, simply keep your door closed. People with cat allergies or who dislike cats should not book this room. Only registered guests can have access to my home and the rooms assigned to guests. If you meet someone in town, do not bring them back to my home. Please do not bring furniture, bicycles, or e-bikes in or out of my home. I provide towels, bedding, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, lint roller, coffee, tea, and coffee fixings. Enjoy the mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee maker in the room. Your access is through the home's front door. I will meet you for check-in, and then you will have your own door code and can come and go as you please. We need to agree to a specific check-in time within the 4pm - 8 pm check in window. Please make an appointment with me for a specific check in time and show up at that exact time. I will be sure to be home at that exact time too (but I'm not always home during the whole 4-8pm window). There are several restaurants within easy walking distance, including City Barbecue, Raising Cain's Chicken Fingers, Taco Bell, McDonalds, Dutch Brother's Coffee, Miller's Ale House, Chilis, Sonny's, and Perkins. You can also have food delivered by DoorDash, Uber Eats, or other services. Guest access In addition to your bedroom and the shared bathroom, you are welcome to enjoy the front yard, including the swing and chairs. The kitchen and other areas of the house are not open to guests. During your stay I work from home and am available if needed. I give my guests plenty of privacy and my family appreciates guests respecting our space and privacy too. My husband sometimes works from home. One other room in the home also is occupied by guests. Other things to note Please park on the street in front of the house, behind the magnolia tree (not too close to our driveway). The street is a cul de sac, with no through-traffic, just the neighbors and service vehicles. No bicycles, scooters, or other vehicles allowed inside. Please do not order any packages to be delivered to the house. Use of the home's kitchen and laundry room are not included. There is a coin laundry nearby.
