On our property, surrounded by a high wall overgrown with ivy and wine, is the cottage with 65 square meters of living space. It offers space, as needed, for 5-6 people. In 100m take the bus to all districts and to Wiesbaden. The space On the ground floor is the bedroom with double bed (1.80 m *2.00m), a single bed (90*2.00 m), can be converted into two sleeping facilities (1.80 m *2.00 m), also a shower room and toilet. On the 1st floor, our guests can expect a cozy living/dining room. The couch can be folded out to the comfortable sofa bed (1.40 m *2.00 m). Here on the 1st floor there is the second shower room with toilet and the well-equipped kitchen. Retreat to work, read, or simply relax can be found in the converted attic. - 2 TVs - stereo system with CD player - Washer & Dryer - Hair dryer - Coffee maker and kettle - Microwave - Free WiFi - Beautiful outdoor seating with fountain In the immediate vicinity you will find all kinds of necessities. Grocery stores, bakery, butcher, fish shop, etc., as well as doctors and pharmacy. If you want to do without the car, we have the bus stop with direct access to all districts and to Wiesbaden almost outside the door. From the main train station and Wiesbaden, you can quickly get to the entire Rhine-Main area.
