SLEEP + CHILL The roomy, light-filled bedroom is designed to provide a great night's sleep. The king-size bed has high quality sheets, a plush down comforter, and Brooklyn Bedding mattress. We also provide blackout curtains and a white noise machine...not to mention our street is very quiet too! There's a large closet with shelves, hangers and ample space to keep your things. A twin-size bed is located in the second bedroom / office, perfect for a third guest or two friends traveling together. ***** COOK A full kitchen equipped with microwave, dishwasher, fridge, oven, toaster and good quality cooking staples and spices. There's a set of cookware, sharp knives, dishes, cutlery and food storage containers. ***** EAT, DRINK and BE MERRY Enjoy your morning coffee or a home-cooked meal in our bright kitchen dining nook. Complimentary Coffee and Tea Try an espresso or lungo at our home Nespresso coffee bar, or craft a latte using the electric milk frother. For a regular cup of American joe, we have a Bonavita drip machine, french press, ceramic burr grinders and a coffee scale available for use. Or, warm up the kettle on the stove, and try a variety of tea flavors from Boulder-based Celestial Seasonings. ***** WASH UP Wash and refresh in our bright, clean, bathroom with a roomy shower and plush towels. We provide eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Also little extras like a hair dryer, make up remover, cotton swabs, mouthwash, tissues and lotion. ***** LOUNGE, WORK AND PLAY Relax on the sofa and grab a book from the shelf. Or use your own logins to watch your favorite streaming apps on the 55" Roku TV. Apps include Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime, ESPN, and more. We do not have Cable TV, having embraced cord-cutting many years ago! A separate sitting room / office is the perfect place to read or try a puzzle on the oversize desk. Or kick your productivity into high gear and get to work on our fast wifi. Quick fact: the City of Longmont provides one of the fastest fiber-optic internet services in the USA! ***** THIS OLD HOUSE Our bungalow was built in 1936. We worked really hard on the space but it's not perfect, and that's not what we're after. We love the character of old houses, and if you do too, we'll get along just fine. ***** THERE WILL BE RULES We don't have a ton of rules, but we do ask that you follow the few important ones we have. We worked hard on this home, and ask that you respect it, as well as our awesome neighbors and the city that provided our operating license. There's no smoking (of anything) or vaping inside the house. We are very strict on that, as the odors are expensive to clean and can be offensive to future guests. That said, there's a nice brick patio in the back yard where we do allow outdoor smoking (420 included). We only allow registered guests in the home. You've been vetted by Airbnb and I'm sure your friends are lovely, but we don't know them and cannot take the liability that comes with hosting unregistered guests or parties. We love cats and dogs, but we cannot allow pets in the home at this time. I hope you'll find we're actually very chill and easy-going, so long as you observe these simple house rules.
