PRIVATE GUEST STUDIO CASITA WITH A REFRIGERATOR AND MICROWAVE OVEN. HAS A PRIVATE ENTRANCE AND A GLASS PATIO DOOR THAT LEADS TO THE BACKYARD AND POOL AREA. QUEEN SIZE BED AND LOTS OF PILLOWS. THE TILE CUSTOM SHOWER HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED. WE HAVE One DOG BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR SPACE UNLESS YOU GO IN THE BACKYARD. YOUR SPACE HAS MANY TREATS FOR YOU TO ENJOY DURING YOUR STAY. The space It is a suite (bedroom & bathroom) that is connect by a roof but there are no shared walls with my house and we cannot hear you. It is called a mother-in-law suite because it is private and does not share a common wall. We do not use the enterance or the hallway leading to your suite. We do share they driveway so I may see you in passing. You are welcome to come visit if you chose, it is completely private. We are in walking distance from Park Place Mall, Nordstrom Rack, TJMax and many other shopping stores. There is shopping in every direction. Movies, a Pool bar, hometown pubs and a bowling alley on the corner. Guest access The backyard has a large pool, lawn chairs and bbq grill. Please enjoy the space. Cushions for the chairs and pool toys are in the large chest on the patio. Other things to note There is a giant park with pools, playground, tennis courts, basketball and a dog park 3 walking minutes from the house.
