Condo in Park City

Walk 4 minutes down to the Cabriolet Lift, for a free/quick/fun lift up to the Red Pine Gondola. Our condo has DIRECT access to the Canyons Village. After the slopes, head to the hot tubs and heated pool located 100 yards away. The bus stop for the Free Bus PC Shuttle is right outside the door (Old Town, Kimball Junction). Our place because is Quiet, Cozy, Convenient and has a dining table that seats 8. Balcony w/gas grill, table, chairs. Great for Families, Adventurers, and Responsible Groups. The space Red Pine Condominiums is unique because each condo has its own exterior entrance and there is a lot of space between the condo buildings. The property is VERY quiet, yet close to everything. Our Two-Story flat is in a Two-Story building and has a mountain feeling that "just feels good" (Quote: Our 5 year old son). We affectionately call it "The Mountain House". Guest access In addition to the condo, you'll have all the amenities of the property - pools, hot tubs (indoor and outdoor), sauna, locker-rooms and showers - a short walk up the quiet road (about 100 yards - easy walk in the summer and winter). It can get hot during the days summer and we have high powered ceiling fans to keep you cool. Late check out may be available for an additional fee, if the request is made at least 3 days prior, and if no one is checking in the day you are checking out. We will try to accommodate your request, whenever possible. Other things to note Our home comfortably sleeps 10 when there are little ones, but is tight for 10 adults. For this reason we say 8 adults max. Please review the layout and pictures as provided, to understand the floorplan and space. The downstairs bedroom has a door and entrance to the bath which is also accessible from the kitchen. The upstairs bedrooms are more open like lofts, with privacy. You walk up the stairs into the bigger space (with two sets of full/twin bunk beds) and there is a bathroom (sink/mirror is separate from the toilet/shower). You walk through this bunk room into another room with a queen bed. While shutters and a door provide privacy, note that the two upper rooms are not completely 'closed' bedrooms and noise from the living room/kitchen below will be heard.
