Casa Rosa - Two Room Suite

We offer a two-room suite with a bedroom, sitting room, and a full private bath. We can accommodate up to 4 adult guests. There is a private entrance to the suite. This unit is not suitable for children under 12. People who have serious allergies to pets should note that we have two cats and a dog. The space The bedroom has a queen bed, closet space, and a dresser, bed table with lamp, ceiling fan with light, and a HEPA filtered air cleaning fan. The sitting room has a full size sofa bed, closet space, TV with cable, a microwave, small refrigerator, a small table that can serve as an eating area or as a desk area, a secretary with drawers and a fold-down desk, a coffee maker (coffee and tea supplied), and dishes and utensils. The bathroom is a full bath with amenities. There is no kitchen or anyplace to cook other than the microwave. Please note: The suite is not suitable for children under 12 years old, So we do not accept bookings that include children under 12. We also ask that adolescents between the ages of 12 and 18 not stay in the suite without adult supervision. We have pets, one dog and two cats. We do our best to keep the animals out of the guest rooms; however, if you have serious allergic reactions to cats or dogs, you probably should look for other accommodations. Our check in times are 3:00 to 10:00 pm. We can be flexible about earlier or later check in times with advanced notice; however for check ins after 12:00 midnight we ask for an additional $25.00 late check in fee. The suite is not available for parties or other group events. Rio Rancho is a northwest suburb of Albuquerque. Our home is about 30 minutes from the Albuquerque Sunport by car, 20 minutes from Old Town Albuquerque, and 15 minutes from the Balloon Park. We are well located for day trips to Santa Fe, Bandilier National Park, Acoma, and many other natural and historic sites in New Mexico. Guest access In addition to the suite guests will have access to the backyard, patio, and to the grill (upon request). During your stay My wife and I are both retired and will generally be at home, other than for normal errands, and will be happy to assist our guests in any way we can. However, with the Covid crisis, we try to limit interaction with guests. Other things to note Late check in fee: Our check in times are 3:00 to 10:00 pm.
