This townhome is 1500 sq ft! You can comfortably sleep 6 in the 3 private bedrooms, 2 more in the loft and even 2 on a sofa bed if needed. You have a fully stocked kitchen, and laundry facilities right inside the unit. There is a balcony off the master bedroom where you can enjoy a view of the sunset and surrounding cliffs. We live right nearby, and are happy to give any suggestions you desire for local hikes, restaurants, and tours. Please inquire about canyoneering and off road tours!! The space This unit is the 2nd one in from the right as you approach the 4 townhomes on our property. You will find 2 bedrooms downstairs and the master bedroom upstairs. There is also a loft with sleeping accommodations upstairs. There are 2.5 bathrooms in this unit. The kitchen is fully stocked. We hope you will enjoy the privacy of your own townhome, but we also want you to feel that we are available to help throughout your stay. We live right around the block from the townhomes, and we are hopeful to give you suggestions for all of the local attractions. Guest access You are welcome to use the townhome as you would your own home. As you do, please be mindful of the guests in the adjacent town homes. Please park in front of your unit so the other guests have easy access to theirs Other things to note This is a unique townhome set up. There are four units on our property, each will host our guests. Each is self contained We ask for you to be considerate of quiet time 10 pm to 7 am. Please don't smoke on the property, as our guests expect a non-smoking environment. We ask that you simply go out to the sidewalk if you need to smoke. The purpose of our townhomes is to eventually provide a place for our children to come home to. For now, we hope to use them to provide a reasonably priced way for families and small groups to travel together without having to pay for 2 or 3 hotel rooms.
