"Le Clapotis Vendéen", Charming holiday home, authentic, located in the city center of La Tranche sur Mer, all shops and entertainment within walking distance, and only 450 m from the supervised beach of the center. Comfortable with a living room, lounge and kitchen and a small terrace at the back of the house. Upstairs 2 bedrooms, bathroom. Tastefully decorated in a real seaside atmosphere. Completely refurbished in 2021, the kitchen is new, as are the bedding, appliances and shower cubicle. The terrace at the back of the house is in a dead end, the neighbors' cars pass through, however it allows to have lunch or dinner outside at 2 or 3, or to make a BBQ. Remember to bring your duvet covers (200 x 200 and 240 x 240 and 90 x 90) as well as your pillow covers and fitted sheets. The beds are equipped with cotton mattress covers.
