Conveniently situated in the heart of Paris, this compact apartment is fully equipped to be the perfect temporary home for anyone looking explore central Paris! The space Welcome! Compact and cosy at just 20m2, this ground floor flat is composed of a bright living area where you'll find the sofa and TV, and sharing the same space is the open kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, stove induction cooker, coffee machine, toaster. The bedroom has a double bed and chest drawers to store your belongings, connected to an open bathroom with a shower, sink, and mirror. Toilets are separated. A hairdryer, toiletries, sheets, and towels will be provided for your comfort. My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team that works hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! This is a self-check-in property, you will have to go to a store located 5 minutes away by foot from the apartment to pick the key up. More information on how this will work out will be provided before your stay. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00 on the day). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Please also take note that even though we can accommodate up to 3 people, we require our guests to request for the third person's stay in advance. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
