Equipped with king and queen beds, sofa bed in the living room, central A/C, full kitchen with new appliances, Smart TVs, free Wi-Fi, BBQ grill, patio set, and beach accessories. Ideal for families or couples, it comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and offers a relaxing coastal getaway. The space Recently renovated, and well equipped, our place has everything to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay: - Two bedrooms with cathedral ceilings, newly furnished, with King and Queen beds. - One full bath and one half bath fully renovated. - Fully renovated and equipped kitchen, with island and bar stools, equipped with new appliances, drip coffee machine, toaster, and a Ninja blender. - Dining area with dining table, chairs, and ceiling fan. - Fully equipped living room with comfortable modern sofa bed, love-seat, 2 sofa end tables, and a coffee table. - Balcony with wooden folding chairs. - Courtyard with patio set, umbrella, and BBQ. - Beach style shed with new washing and drying machines, beach accessories, some kids toys for the beach, and some surf body boards. - External shower with hot and cold water to rinse out sand. - Central air conditioning (heat pump) and ceiling fans, for additional comfort. - Smart TV's, free WIFI, Sony boombox stereo CD players, some society games, books, and music CD's for entertainment; - Linens, bathroom towels, and beach towels provided. - Outdoor security surveillance cameras, for security purposes. - Outdoor parking can accommodate 2 regular cars, one in front of the unit, parallel with the street, and another one in the parking lots, at the end of the building. ROOMS DESCRIPTION - The living room is equipped with a sofa bed and a loveseat, 2 sofa side tables, a big coffee table, 50" Smart TV (connected to the Internet), and a Sony radio-CD (boombox). - Located on the second floor, the master bedroom is very bright, thanks to the big window and a sliding patio door, and is equipped with a King size bed and a very good quality mattress for increased comfort, 2 nightstands, dresser with mirror and chest, a Sony boombox stereo CD player, iron and iron board, and ceiling fan. The patio door leads to a balcony, equipped with a small folding table and chairs, where we can relax reading books or serving coffee. - The secondary bedroom, loft style, is located on the third floor, accessed through the master bedroom stair case, and has a Queen size bed with very good quality mattress for increased comfort, 1 night stand, 2 chests (one with mirror), a big wall shelf, 32" Smart TV connected to the Internet, ceiling fan, tower fan, and a skylight to bring additional light. - The house can accommodate up to 6 people - so ideal for family with children. Guest access The access is with a keypad lock, which code is provided by AirBNB, and available into the AirBNB guest resources 48 hours before check-in and provided by the owner as well. Guest will be able to self-check-in, and check-out (instructions provided into AirBNB guest resources, provided by owner, and available into the welcome book as well). Guest has access to the whole place, except the restricted closets, which are locked, and dedicated to the authorized persons only. Beach towels provided and available into entry wardrobe. Some beach accessories, like beach chairs, beach umbrellas, some lightweight water bodyboards, some coolers (one on wheels), are available for guests into the shed. Other things to note - Primary renter must be 23 years or older to book this property (this is a family-oriented property). If the group is not composed of persons from same family, then all the other group members must be at least 21 years of age. - All disruptive parties and events are prohibited regardless of size. - No underage drinking, and no smoking allowed on the property. - Nonsmoking property: smoking not allowed inside the property. Extra 150$ cleaning will be charged if smoked in the house. - PETS are NOT allowed: extra 150 $ cleaning charged if pets were brought inside, and if any related damage, charged to guest account. - Treat our towels and sheets like yours, and please leave used towels on bathroom floor, or in the laundry area. - Missing towels - please leave the towels when you leave, as missing towels will be charged to your account. - Fake Tan - please bring your own sheets if using fake tan, to ensure our sheets will not be stained. Extra cleaning or replacement fees may apply to guests otherwise. - BBQ: please clean up the grill after use, as not included in the cleaning maintenance, so it must be left clean for the next guest. If propane tank runs out, please let us know and will be refilled. - Maximum occupancy allowed is 6 guests and only registered guests are allowed on the property. Any additional guest will be charged extra $25/guest/night. - When using the dryer, please make sure to clean the lint trap after use. - Palmetto bugs are frequent in the area. We treat our home and outside against bugs, but we suggest to not leave doors or windows open, to prevent bugs to get inside. It is out of our control if a palmetto bug gets its way inside. - Guests agree to pay for any damages made to the property. - CHECK-OUT: Check-out must be done before 11:00 AM. Before leaving guests must ensure that the house is left in good order. All dirty dishes at the check-out time must be put in the dishwasher and the dishwasher started before leaving. All wet or dirty towels can be left on the bathroom's floors. The beach towels should be cleaned of sand, washed, and put back into the place they were. Beach accessories should be cleaned, before putting them back where they were. The barbecue must be left clean. All garbage must be deposited into the big outdoor trash container in the parking lot. Guests allow the owner to charge any expenses due to damage, excessive cleaning due to guests stay, or theft. Missing or damaged items will be replaced at current retail value plus a minimum US $ 50 service fee and charged to guests. The owner will not be responsible for personal items left in the house.
