Super comfortable queen bed for one (1) guest. Room has 32"TV, chair, charging station, security lock on door, and a diffuser with EO's. Bathroom has lots of hot water, good pressure, plush towels, hair dryer and the essentials. Lobby has frig, coffee/cream, microwave, toaster. We're 35 minutes from CLE, Airport and Akron. Close to historic Chagrin Falls, Beachwood for shopping and a dozens of Metro Parks for sightseeing & hiking. Easy access to highways. NO Pets allowed. This room is for a guest who works day shift (ex. 9-5pm, 10-7pm) or otherwise busy or sight sees during the day. We like guest be out of the room between 11-4 pm weekdays. We also diffuse Thieves essential oil in each room before arrival and upon departure of every guest to eliminate any germs left behind. 1. ** Our rooms accommodate one (1) person each. We love hosting business people, work commuters, travel nurses and road trippers, Nat'l Park visitors. **Sorry we do not accommodate people who work from home during day or nightshift workers who are home sleeping most of the day. Guests must be out of the house 11-4pm. 2. Many guests are allergic to perfumes, colognes, scented lotions and cigarette odor. Please Refrain From Using these in the house. SMOKERS: cigarette smoke clings to you and your clothes which carries into our home and makes the house stink. It would be better to choose different accommodations since we cater to non-smoking people. 3. The Lobby has a kitchenette for you to use. TV, dining table, microwave, refrigerator, Keurig. 4. Our personal space is clearly marked off with bifold doors where we and our two small dogs hang out. We want you to KNOW there is a camera in our personal space (kitchen, family room, sun room) for our protection as well as yours. 5. There is one parking space per room. IF you are behind another car please leave your keys on key holder by front door so we can move cars if necessary without having to disturb you. IF you park in street, you must give us your license plate so we can call it in so it won't get ticketed. 6. No shoes, food or drink, except water allowed upstairs. We are social folks but if you want your space, were happy to give it to you. Very safe suburban neighborhood. Street lined with sidewalks and matured trees. Great for morning runs or evening walks. Small park at end of Street. Travelers can park their car at Van Aken (30 minute drive) and take the Rapid transit downtown to Tower City into the heart of Cleveland. Solon proper is 2 miles. Guests have shared access to a downstairs "lobby" where the kitchenette/coffee is located. We have a RING doorbell activated by a ring and motion. There is a security camera in Our downstairs Private area. It's for our protection as well as yours. Including our kitchen, family room and back of house. Please respect the boundaries. ***We want to be a weekly Home base for Business commuters, a stop over for travelers or resting place for road tripper. *This is a No Smoking Home/NO animals of Any kind. **UNauthorized Late check-outs are not tolerated. If you refuse to leave by agreed time, you will be charged a $25 late fee for first half hour. A full days rate after an hour. However, you will still need to vacate premises for next guest. 🤚🐞🐜🐝Guests use front door with a key code lock. It also has screen door. If you arrive after dusk and the porch light is on, bugs, moths and other critters are attracted to the light. PLEASE have the key code in mind so you can enter home quickly. DO NOT stand with screen door open, checking phone messages for key code. That will allow bugs to accumulate and rush in right along with you.
