Guest access The entire home is available for use, as well as access to bicycles and recreational items. Other things to note There will be a $150 cleaning fee per stay in addition to your nightly rate. Note that East Dixon is a one-way street! Please be sure to only drive eastbound on the street. This means that if you choose to drive to town, you must head east and turn northbound on one of the many side streets to loop back to town.
