Ideal for isolating yourself from the world, this detached house is located in the upper part of a picturesque mountain village. Enjoy a barbecue, shower with hydromassage jets and all the comforts to live a few dream days, in the middle of the Natural Park "Las Ubiñas La Mesa", declared a Biosphere Reserve and very close to the Senda del Oso. Immerse yourself in nature in the purest Asturian style in an idyllic setting, with spectacular views and hiking trails of unparalleled beauty. The space Montegrande is a mountain cottage for rent as a whole, located in Villa de Sub, a small village in Teverga at an altitude of over 1,000 meters, within the Las Ubiñas-La Mesa Natural Park. It is a cozy and quiet house, ideal for families, couples with children, or two couples who want to unwind in the heart of nature, enjoy the calm of the village, and discover Asturias at a leisurely pace. The house is 60 m² and has two floors. Downstairs, you'll find a living room-kitchen with a wood-burning stove, a 32" TV, a kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster and full kitchenware. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one with a 150 cm double bed and another with two 90 cm beds. There is also a full bathroom with a jet shower, ideal for relaxing after a day of hiking or activities. Outside, a short walk from the house, there are areas shared with La Congosta to enjoy the outdoors: one barbecue next to the houses and another about 50 meters away, with a table, wooden benches and spectacular views of the mountains. Very close by, you will also find a small recreational area with swings, a ping-pong table, tables, benches and a barbecue, perfect for children and for spending time outdoors. Pets are allowed upon prior request and with a surcharge. Please note that the outdoor areas are close by and pleasant, but this is not an enclosed private garden directly attached to the house. The surroundings are perfect for hiking, cycling the Senda del Oso, visiting Cueva Huerta, the Prehistory Park, the Xanas Gorge, the Puerto de Marabio, the Puerto de San Lorenzo or the Hayedo de Montegrande and the Xiblu Waterfall. A simple, comfortable and authentic house to enjoy the mountains, the silence, nature and the quiet life of an Asturian village. Guest access Enjoy our barbecues We offer two barbecues for common use equipped with a wooden table and benches, shared between the La Congosta and Montegrande houses. This ensures that there is always one available for use so that you do not miss out on enjoying a delicious meal outdoors. Barbecue near the houses: Ideal if you prefer the convenience of having it within walking distance. Barbecue with spectacular views: Just 50 meters away, at the end of our street, you will enjoy wonderful views while cooking outdoors. Choose the one you like best and enjoy an unforgettable moment in the heart of nature! Recreational Area in Villa de Sub A few meters from the house, you will find an ideal outdoor space to enjoy nature to the fullest. This corner has: Swings for the little ones (and not so little ones). Ping-pong table for fun games with family or friends. Barbecue equipped with grill, perfect for outdoor cooking. Free-use wooden tables and benches for eating, relaxing, or simply enjoying the surroundings. It's the perfect place to cook outdoors, read quietly, or just relax while listening to the birds sing. When night comes, you can contemplate an impressive starry sky, and during the day, enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets. A unique space with dreamlike views to share with family or friends, disconnect from the routine and create unforgettable moments. Important details: Tap water is potable. Firewood for the fireplace and charcoal for the barbecue are not included. Pets are allowed, but we ask that you ask in advance. There is an additional charge of €15 per pet per stay. We also offer a basket of firewood for an extra €8, although you are allowed to bring your own firewood. Bag of charcoal €7. Other things to note The house will be clean and tidy upon arrival, and is expected to be in acceptable condition upon departure. It is mandatory to present the ID of all persons.
