Country barn on 40 acres

Rest peacefully in our beautiful 40 acre wood, located at the very end of a quaint country rd. Quiet, peaceful with plenty of forest creatures, our country barn retreat offers a lovely respite from the hustle and bustle of daily life. With a tastefully decorated 1000sq ft ready for your use, it is a great spot to return to after visiting all there is to see in our area. We also boast excellent stargazing on clear nights. The space This upstairs apartment was recently give a style refresh and is clean, quiet, and very peaceful. Kids and families welcome, but we ask that you leave your fur family at home. We can have farm livestock on site, and we would leave our accommodations fur free for those with allergies. Guest access Full, private access to the 1000 square foot, fully appointed upstairs apartment and private entrance. Dishwasher, Microwave, gas stove, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker. Plus complimentary light snack and breakfast items. PLEASE NOTE: While we will assist however we can, our rental is up a full flight of stairs with no lift available. Other things to note This property is our family home, located in the Southern Oregon woods but not far from the city of Grants Pass and the famous Rogue River. There is a small market and a couple restaurants a few miles away. Fire danger is a real thing here, and smoking(of any kind), outdoors OR indoors simply will not be tolerated. This is one area that we have no flexibility. No 'butts', and no E-cigs. Thanks for respecting our space. While we do have a TV, you will receive no TV channels, no Cable and no Satellite. We have a few family friendly blu-ray movies and you can use our Google-cast device and your phone to watch content on the TV. But lets be honest, you aren't coming to such a beautiful place to just stare at the TV, are you?
