The space 🏡 Villa Sueños del Lago has 2 levels: First level: • Spacious and bright living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with elegant cypress wood finishes. • 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, with a sink area outside the bathroom for convenience. • The living room has large windows overlooking the garden, providing lots of natural light. • The kitchen is modern and functional, with wooden cabinets and hot water in the dishwasher. Second level: • Spacious master bedroom with king size bed, private bathroom and terrace to enjoy the sun. • The villa has an intercom to easily communicate between this room and the other levels. Outdoors: • A rustic-style pergola invites you to relax, read, or simply enjoy nature. Services: • The villa features free 100 Mbps fiber optic WiFi. 👤 Additional Guests • It's important to enter the correct number of guests at the time of booking. • Each additional guest at check-in costs US$28.00 or GTQ224.00 per night. 🐾 Pets • One small pet is allowed per booking. • Rate: USD$25.00 or GTQ200.00 per night. • Medium or large pets are not allowed. • A photo of the pet must be submitted for approval prior to arrival. • The fee is paid in cash at the front desk during check-in, along with the signing of a liability sheet. Guest access 🚤 Guest access: At Villa Sueños del Lago, you can enjoy free kayaks available upon arrival, and you can request them at Reception with our staff. "Hours of use are from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, always subject to the weather conditions of the lake at the time it is required." The public beach is right in front of the property and Lake Atitlán is just 30 meters away, separated only by a road. 📍 Just 10 minutes away by car or tuc-tuc, you will find the village of Panajachel, with a great variety of restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, craft shops and colorful typical markets. 🛶 If you wish, you can also take a private boat in front of the house to tour the lake and visit its charming villages. 🤝 Upon arrival, our reception staff will be happy to recommend activities and special places to visit. Other things to note ℹ️ Important Information • The rate varies according to the number of guests. It is important to enter the exact number of guests when making the reservation. • Children over 2 years old count as additional guests and are charged as adults. 🏞️ Location Villa Sueños del Lago is located in front of Lake Atitlán and the public beach, separated only by a road. On certain weekdays and during holidays, you may hear music or some noise coming from the beach. 🐾 Pets • One small pet is allowed per reservation (maximum 1). • Fee: US$25.00 or GTQ200.00 per night. • Medium and large pets are not accepted. • A photo of your pet must be sent in advance for host approval. • Once approved, the fee is payable in cash at reception during check-in, along with signing a responsibility form. 🧹 Cleaning & Sanitization • All areas of the house are carefully cleaned and sanitized after each stay for the safety of our guests and staff. 🔒 Security • The property is equipped with a security camera system covering all common areas (parking, gardens, entrances, etc.). 🕒 CHECK-IN The regular check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
