Cozy Cove on Chestnut

You will enjoy a private space with a private entrance on the lower level of our home located in a family oriented neighborhood. We are conveniently located near two Metra stations for easy travel into the city. We are less than 10 minutes away from the Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre, among other entertainment venues. We are lucky to have many neighborhood fests nearby such Gaelic Fest, Carribean Block party, RidgeFest, and many more. The space We are located in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood. We have really great neighbors and therefore no loud parties are allowed, no smoking, or vaping on the property. Check-in is at 3:00pm; check-out is at 10am. Pool may be used by our guests; please know that this is a shared space. A Keurig and microwave are available to our guests; k-cups, tea bags, and condiments are provided. During your stay The upper level is our home and we will be occupying the space during our guest's stay. We can be available immediately if needed as long as we are home. Otherwise, guests may contact us via Airbnb. Other things to note Our space is one room divided by a curtain. There are no doors dividing the rooms. One side is the bedroom and one side is a sitting area.
