Lake Aldred is an eight mile lake known for water skiing/fishing/kayaking. Eight eagles nest surround the lake with sightings everyday. The space Main level welcomes you to your private retreat, the outside flows inside~living room floods with windows bringing outside inside. The kitchen opens to the main living area and is fully equipped; microwave, dishwasher, both types of coffee makers, pass thru bar to the deck and gas grill cooking. Or cook dinners for those family gatherings. Gas fireplace warms the place on those cool days and plenty of room around the table for everyone. Full bathroom Upper Level: Bedroom 1: King size, sleep number bed, with private dressing area (hair dryer) & sink. Spectacular views of the lake. Lower Level: Bedroom 3; Queen size bed & Tempur-Pedic mattress with dual controls. And the feel from the 100 year old exposed stone wall. Bonus Rm: Two trundle beds; (2) full beds over (2) twin beds. But separate the group with full wet bar & microwave, 2nd refrigerator. Full bathroom with tub. Lake Front Area; Enjoy the horse shoe pit, golf hole- bring your favorite club, freeze bee golf, volleyball net (bring your own ball), lakeside fire pit, picnic table. Dock space available, bring your own boat/s. Free boat launch is 1/4 mile up river and plenty of trailer parking at the overflow parking area. TV's in each bedroom & living room. Other things to note The "LAKE HOUSE" is a duplex, if you need additional space. Your own private spaces. But the North side is a two bedroom townhouse which sleeps 6.
