We are trying to create a serene getaway for our guests as well as be respectful to our neighbors. So we ask that outside noise be kept to reasonable levels. To ensure this environment we have outdoor noise monitors. Lakeville Lodge welcomes well-behaved dogs on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee. A minimum age requirement of 25 years old is in place, with exceptions for families with children. The lodge accommodates a maximum of 10 overnight guests and 15 total day guests, with a rental agreement required before your stay. Lakeville Lodge is conveniently located 100 miles from NYC and 2.5 hours from Philadelphia. Grocery shopping is made easy with the Rosie app for local delivery. Nearby attractions include Woodloch Resort, Elk Mountain, Poconos, Big Bear, and Lake Wallenpaupack! We aim to provide an impeccably functioning home that is superbly clean and well amenitized with everything you should need to unwind and relax. Guest access Entire Property Other things to note Well behaved dogs allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional $75 per pet fee. AirBnb only collects pet fees for the first pet, additional approved dogs will be an additional $75/pet charged post booking. Please note we have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old. We require the majority of guests to be above 25 years old, with the exception of families with children. Parking is limited to 7 cars, No RVs. Per local regulations, we are restricted to an overnight guest maximum of 10 guests and 15 total day guests. Rental agreement required before stay and will be sent post booking. We will proactively notify you when early check-in and/or late check-out are possible. Lakeville Lodge is located 100 miles from NYC, a short 2 hour car ride. We are 2.5 hours from Philadelphia.
