Located in the heart of the Mogollon Rim, our cabin is a fully furnished vacation rental with all the conveniences of home and the peaceful, rustic atmosphere of cabin living. This three bedroom cabin has all the amenities; fully equipped kitchen, brand new Smart TV, WiFi , all linens, fireplace, central air conditioning and heat, and lots of privacy. The master has a King bed, large walk-in closet, two dressers, and spacious full bathroom. The other two bedrooms have a Queen size bed and the other with a Full bed. Both couches can accommodate one to two persons as an alternate sleeping area. You will have access to the entire house. We like to give our guests space to enjoy their stay, but we're always available for questions. We have a cabin nearby that we are often at. This residential area is quiet, however, on weekends and holidays, there tends to be more road noise from vehicles from the highway. Please note that the cabin is right off Highway 277 (one lane each way). You can see it from the yard, but great privacy with NO neighbors in back, on one side, or front of cabin. There is a mix of permanent and weekend residents looking to enjoy the nature in the cooler, fresh mountain air. Residential quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. Heber/Overgaard offers several restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and other shops to visit...as well as two small grocery stores. Nearby outdoor activities include hiking, biking, and fishing. Within 30 minutes of Heber/Overgaard, there are five recreational fishing lakes, and assorted hiking trails. For snow skiing, Sunrise Ski Resort is only an hour drive away. **We pay for the best/fastest internet available, however, it is satellite internet in this area. Weather conditions may impair internet connection. Streaming movies is NOT recommended or preferred because it is satellite. There is a DVD player for movies (old school we know!)** **Must abide by AZ Department of Forestry and Fire Management Fire restrictions when using fee pit! Heavy fines that are YOUR responsibility if used when prohibited!**
