Condo includes 2 parking places in secured, gated garage. The condo is directly off the garage elevator, located on a private and quiet end of the courtyard. The condo has three private sleeping rooms: The master suite (king bed) with ensuite bathroom; bedroom 2 (queen bed); and the loft area. In the loft is a queen bed, 2 twins, and 1 twin sleeper sofa. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Total beds is 7. Sleeps 11 guests. 2 bathrooms downstairs. There is an elevator from the parking garage to the courtyard area. This condo does not meet handicap accessibility requirements. The main living area and second bedroom is handicap accessible. There are three steps leading to the master suite.
