Built with guests in mind, it features 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a first-floor suite with a walk-in shower, giving your family or group plenty of space to enjoy a comfortable stay. Outside, unwind by our infinity-edge water feature with built-in seating benches, a firepit, and a beautifully illuminated mulberry tree, creating a peaceful setting to relax after a day of exploring. We installed dimmer switches and provided a toddler bed, crib, baby gate, games, toys, books, highchair, and step stools. We also custom-built the backyard so parents can gather around the fire pit while watching their children play on the playground. The infinity-edge water feature creates a calming atmosphere for the parents just relax and watching their kids play. Additionally, the first-floor master bedroom with a walk-in shower provides an easy and convenient setup for multi-generational families to enjoy their time together. Additional Fees ✓ Unauthorized guest: $50 per person, per day ✓ Unauthorized pet: $1000 per pet, per day ✓ Failure to wash dishes: $80 ✓ Failure to start first load of laundry: $80 ✓ Failure to take out trash: $80 ✓ Littering in the yard: $80 ✓ Odor removal service: billed at actual Servpro cost (up to $800) Outdoor Cleanliness ✓ Pick up water balloons after use. ✓ Dispose of cigarette butts properly — do not leave them in the yard. ✓ Do not dump oil on the grass. Guest access Guests are allowed to access everything in the house, including cable TV, kitchen appliances (personal blender, waffle maker, toaster, donut cooker, slow cooker), Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, and cleaning supplies. Cereal and condiment are all complimentary. One cleaning closet is locked by the first-floor bathroom exclusively for cleaner to use. Other things to note From time to time, we may need to complete yard work or address maintenance items around the property during your stay. If this becomes necessary, we will always provide advance notice and do our best to minimize any inconvenience. If you have any concerns or preferred times, please let us know and we will do our best to coordinate with your schedule.
